Dr. Stacy C. Myers
President

After a successful early career in higher education and seven years in the corporate world, Dr. Stacy Myers founded Advanced Management, Inc. in Oak Ridge, TN in 1988. AMI worked with over 400 companies and organizations offering consulting, training, and assessment expertise to employees at all levels. After 30 years of operating AMI, he moved to Land O Lakes, FL and founded E-Assessments, Inc. focusing on offering leadership the opportunity for self-reflection by participation in assessments published by Wiley Publishing, The Myers Briggs Company, ECHO Listening, and Human Synergistics among several other publishers.
His contractional relationships with numerous Fortune 100 companies, federal
agencies, and others gives him the experience and expertise to assist as organizations attempt to capitalize on their available human resources and engage their employees in contributing to the success of the enterprise.
Kristin DuFrain
Vice-President
Since 2007, Kristin DuFrain has served as the Curator/Registrar at Graphicstudio, Institute for Research in Art, University of South Florida. Her duties as Curator include overseeing Graphicstudio's impressive collection, which comprises over 900 editions created across a span of 56 years. She plays an integral part in the educational outreach, marketing, and promotional efforts of Graphicstudio's research and production initiatives, engaging with national and international gallery representatives, museums, and collectors, both onsite and within the community. She earned her MA in Art Education from the University of South Florida and received her BA in Art with a specialized certificate in Art Therapy from the University of Tampa.

Kristin has recently embarked on a new role at E-Assessments, Inc. where she is certified as an ECHO Listening Profile, Everything DiSC® and Five Behaviors Certified® Practitioner, bringing enthusiasm to supporting employees in enhancing their expertise and abilities. Her focus is on enabling them to perform outstandingly in their current positions, progress in their careers, and make meaningful contributions to the organization's ongoing and future success.
